Jack Dorsey, the current executive chairman of Twitter is enjoying the protection of Dick Costolo, the company’s CEO, who recently went so far in the struggle to make sure that Jack is not outsmarted in the management’s politics.
According to the former Google executive, Chris Saca, who is now a great investor in Twitter, Costolo persuaded the company’s board members to retain Jack as the Twitter’s executive chairman because of his resourcefulness and capability to introduce character messaging service.
When Jack was asked to say something, he preferred to remain calm.
It was reported that Ev Williams, who is Jack’s successor was also outsmarted politically in the company in the year 2010. When he left, Costolo took over his position and ushered in Jack Dorsey in March 2011 as the company’s executive chairman.
New York Times recently reported that Jack has been outsmarted in Twitter the second time because of his strictness to employees.
But Jack rejected the report. According to him, he followed the agreed arrangement he had with Dick Costolo, the company’s CEO.
