Nintendo comes with great news for this fall. They announced the release of the long awaited Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for Nintendo Switch. Western players got used to waiting for their favorite games to reach them later but, this time, the company made an exception and revealed a worldwide release of the title.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 gets global release this fall
Usually, Nintendo brings the big titles in Japan first. Only after some time did the west get the chance to enjoy these games. Now, the gaming company decided to no longer keep them waiting and release the Switch version on the same date all over the world.
Most players are probably acquainted to the game, as it already has a version for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. However, Nintendo doesn’t want them to get bored, so Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will feature some new features which come exclusively for Switch.
Special features only for the Switch version
Many players have probably noticed how they can have their characters do special moves by using the innovative Joy Cons. Therefore, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will come with some special motions rendered only by the Switch controllers. However, the most exciting feature allows users to enter multiplayer modes locally, on their Switch consoles.
These modes include several options of playing. You can either choose a one-on-one battle, or bring up to six players together and compete. The wireless support allows you to play games anywhere, and have as many other players involved as possible.
Nintendo made a great choice to make these capabilities available on the Switch. So far, this might be the most powerful display of the features made by the console, on a game full of possibilities such as Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Stay tuned for the release scheduled for this fall.
