Android Ice Cream Sandwich update finally arrives to the HTC Thunderbolt. This was a long behind schedule delivery and one that HTC Thunderbolt owners must have given up on. Approval for update to Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich for the LTE-packing device is very much like a belated miracle. After multiple delays and lost hope, the chronicle has at last come to a close.
This is really amazing news for HTC Thunderbolt owners. Android 4.0.4 laced with Sense 3.6 has been finally approved. Along with those boosted features and increased stability, the upgrade gets rid of BlockBuster, Verizon, Mobile IM apps and Rhapsody from the smartphone.
