One of the iPhones will be the new iPhone 5S, set to takeover the iPhone 5 as the flagship device from Apple. The iPhone 5S is set to have a new 12MP camera with f/2.0 aperture, new A7 processor and the possibility of 2GB of RAM. Apple is also going to deliver the first 128GB iPhone and a gold version.
The second iPhone will be the iPhone 5C, set for developing markets Apple is currently trying to get into. Android dominates the entry-level market in Asia and Europe, but the iPhone 5C, coming at around $399 off contract, is set to make Apple have a place in this market.
Unlike the iPhone 5S, the iPhone 5C will have a plastic unibody, lower specs and will come without the fingerprint sensor currently rumoured to be on the iPhone 5S. Apple is likely to announce the iPhone 5C at the event with the other iPhone and iOS7, this will take over the iPhone 5.
The release date for both iPhones will be on September 20, just 10 days after the official launch event. Apple may start pre-orders hours after the event, making sure to capitalise on the buzz of the new iPhones. China Mobile will apparently launch the first iPhone in China.
