It is well known among technology experts or common tech enthusiasts that the American company Apple Inc. is currently developing new version for the iMac, working especially to improve the device`s display. Apple Inc. is trying to overcome the visual performances of the last model of iMac, which had a 5K display, according to information revealed by LG.
The Korean company has accidentally made such information public through a post on an affiliated blog. The post initially aimed at discussing how the displays of the future would look like, but it seems that LG offered us a clue about what Apple Inc. plans to release to the market until the end of the year. The post also said that the 8K means ultra-high resolution, an amazing display.
“It has become clear that Japan is planning to launch an 8K SHV test broadcast and then promptly restructure the UHD service. Apple has also announced that they will release the ‘iMac 8K’ with a super-high resolution display later this year.”
is the comment made by LG through their post, regarding Apple`s plans for the new iMac.
Apple has not yet made any comment in connection to the information revealed by LG. The American company has not yet announced whether the statement in LG`s post is true or false. LG and Apple have worked together developing the iMac computers and analysts say that it is probable the situation has not changed. LG makes the 5K display which is at the moment the version which goes with the iMacs of our days. But experts say it is very likely that the Korean company is the manufacturer for the 8K display in Apple`s new big project.
Still, the information made public by LG comes as unexpected. The American company has recently released the 5K display version of iMac and experts could not have foreseen a new version of iMac coming out so soon. However, they predict that, if the information offered by LG is true, then at the end of 2015 we would probably see a reinvigorated iMac model, without any notable changes aside from the 8K display.
Apple Inc. is known for its habit of not making things public until the projects are turned into finished products ready for release. So the American company is not probably in high spirits about the LG post. If LG was not allowed to make such an announcement which started numerous discussions in the world of technology, the Korean company`s situation may be troublesome.
