The new iPhone 5S is set to release some time this year, and people are already starting to predict what features and specs this new smartphone will have. We can be sure that it will have some fancy new gizmos, but there are some reports that are a bit more specific out there.
In fact, the word on the wire is that the new iPhone will have a new and improved camera lens, a new and speedy CPU and a boat load of memory space. These reports have been gathered from various news sites and independent investigators.
One such report from iLounge, a heavily accessed tech chat area, reported that the iPhone 5S would have a 13 MP camera and would be released sometime in July. This would give users a great opportunity to use their new cameras during the summer months at the beach or the river.
There have also been reports that the new iPhone will have a new A7 chip set and a more powerful CPU than its predecessors. The prototypes for the new iPhone are called N51 and N53 as of now, and what final specs get chosen is anyone’s guess at this point.
One rumor that seems fairly solid is the prediction that the new iPhone will have 128 GB of internal memory. This would be double what the previous iPhones maxed out at. This prediction is based on Apple’s own iOS 6.1 beta, which includes an option for a device with 128 GB. We can be fairly sure that Apple will include its biggest selling item, the iPhone, in with this new and improved data storage system.
The iPhone 5S may also come in many new color choices available to the public, as well as these other upgrades.
