Some of you were pretty excited knowing that we will be able to get our hands on the new Sony Xperia Tablet Z in mid-April. However, it looks like that’s change. All of the sudden, you may be a little disappointed as the recent blast by Sony Company was revealed. Accordingly, the first stock is expected to arrive in UK on May 20, one month after the supposed release date.
If you are currently counting the days for you to grab this new tablet, you might find this a little intimidating. Nevertheless, it is somewhat good news to us because at least, we will stop wondering how much we have to wait until this Tablet X gets released.
According to various reviews on Xperia Tablet Z, many are quite impressed with the tablet’s sturdy build quality, thin and extremely light profile. Indeed, Sony has done a great job in packing powerful components.
Among the interesting features are the Exmor R main camera, 4G LTE, Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of built-in storage accompanied by a microSD card slot, Android 4.1.2 out of the box and a 10 inch 1080p full HD display. Moreover, we believe that their waterproof capability is a useful addition.
Clove, which is one of the UK’s biggest sellers, recently offered a pre-order of Tablet Z. The device can be snapped up for £449.20 (the price includes VAT). It’s no doubt that the new tablet has a powerful package but if I had to put my fingers on it with the price, I can say that it’s going to be a tough sell.
If Sony will remain its price tag, it might struggle to steal sales over it rivals considering other version of tables with good specifications and can be bought at a lower price. We’ll see.
