RadioShack is the newest retailer to begin accepting pre-orders for Samsung Galaxy S4. The beast is supposed to release on Verizon on 30th May. As the day arrives close, the Verizon-carried-beast has been made available for pre-order at several notable retailers. Both premium and standard Verizon retailers have made the black and white models of Samsung Galaxy S4 available for pre-order at a bit fluctuating rates.
Verizon itself as well as Best Buy has begun accepting pre-orders for the device. The standard price of on-contract Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 is $250. RadioShack seems to be abiding by the same price tag. Most of the retailers are offering the pre-order facility at a similar price.
RadioShack has also announced that it has launched multiple attractive accessories for Galaxy S4 and also has an exclusive offer for customers, according to which a customer will receive $10 bonus for future purchase if he spends more than $30 on Galaxy S4 accessories organized by RadioShack.
Verizon has announced a $50 mail-in-rebate for its flagship, but RadioShack seems stuck with the standard price of $250 and has not initiated any rebates yet. Verizon is one of the latest carriers to carry the beast, while its competitors, AT&T, Sprint, US Cellular and other regional carriers have already started distributing the device.
Verizon’s 4G LTE network is one of the largest in the country, covering up over 400 markets inland. Its biggest rival AT&T does not even possess half of Verizon’s LTE market count. Verizon is providing Galaxy S4 with a locked-up boot loader but its wide and expanded LTE market seems quite advantageous to attract plenty of customers.
