If you are always staying updated about the technology news you might have heard about the launch of the new Samsung S4 that will be releasing soon but there are no comfirmations yet from the manufacturers. Although, some insiders claim that Samsung had plans to launch the new S4 in the last few days they have not done yet mainly because of the processor problems. So far Samsung has always come up with the S series that sports Exynos chip and it has done well for Samsung S2 and Samsung S3, but it is rumored that this time Samsung has decided to break the chain of events and go for Qualcomm chip instead.
Some rumor sites also claim that Samsung will probably sport the new Qualcomm 800 chip but that will not be the case as Qualcomm has already announced that the chip will not be in the market until June 2013 and if Samsung is launching the new Galaxy S4 then be sure that it will not have the Qualcomm 800.
Some technology and mobile device experts hint that Samsung S4 will have the similar Qualcomm 600 chip or Samsung will stick to the basics with Exynos 5450.
So why is Samsung trying to move from the regular trend that have been tried and tested and has worked for the company? Well, if Samsung uses the Qualcomm 600 chip then 2013 will be the first year ever for Samsung where they have not released an Exynos powered Galaxy S smartphone. Insiders and technology experts believe that Samsung is not happy with the excessive heat generation and power consumption problems that arise in Exynos chip. Samsung engineers have already tried working around the technical problems to cut down the issues but have failed. Samsung engineers are also working on Exynos 5 chip at the moment but still it is too early to let it debut in the Galaxy S4.
