This time, they targeted a camera developer and manufacturer, whose technology is regarded as highly appropriate for Apple`s needs and further targets by many tech analysts. LinX Computational Ltd. is the newest name on Apple`s transfer list and their capabilities in taking high quality pictures represent another step that Apple Inc. takes in order to improve their own cameras.
A spokesman taking on behalf of Apple Inc. has recently confirmed the merger in a statement. Their products are capable of taking 2D or 3D pictures by using various sensors. Application tools can edit the 3D picture by modifying its focus, thus adjusting it in agreement with the preferences of the user. the 3D data can also be used to measure the size of different objects and thus allowing 3D modelling.
Setting “new standards for image quality parameters such as low light performance, HDR, refocusing, color fidelity, shutter lag and more“ are among Linx Computational`s main purposes, as they have written on their official website. In addition to that, LinX is also a producer of smartphones and tablets. The cameras created by LinX are said to take high quality pictures, even if the light does not help much.
