The brand new 2015 Ford Mustang cars want to make it global. The Asia Pacific will be luckily provided with a full stock of beautiful wild horse-inspired cars. The countries where the are to be shipped are China, Korea and Japan. This is the first time when citizens of these Asian countries will be able to purchase the Ford Mustang just like any other car, from the dealership of For that is closer to their own home.
The news has created great fuss, but in a very positive way. Until now, Ford Mustang had been sold only in North America and the number has been very small. The only way other countries could achieve Mustangs was to use the grey market or join export programs, but the price was real high so the salesmen couldn’t get as productive as they wanted to. In addition, the Mustangs were also rare, so the change a customer could make an acquisition was extraordinarily limited.
Ford’s purpose is that by the end of the year, 100 new markets of all around the world will have supplies of Mustang cars and the pleased drivers will have access to buying them at any time. Furthermore, it would be a veritable investment, taking into consideration that the deal will include an advantageous warranty and dealership service support, as the customers presently have for Ford Focus or Fiesta.
Michigan is this week’s hometown for export models that are in production. The model will be identical with those produced in North America, but there will be two different types of them: with the wheel on the right and with the wheel on the left.
Ford president of The Americas, Joe Hinrichs, talks about the Ford legacy.
“Henry Ford exported the sixth Model A assembled in 1903 and we continue this legacy today. The success of our One Ford plan presents opportunities for growth in global markets. Exporting Ford and Lincoln vehicles to Asia Pacific and beyond is an important part of Ford’s global growth story. Mustang is just one more example of the international demand for Ford cars and trucks.”
Ships at Port of Portlant will receive from now on vehicles of Ford Mustang 2015 and also Lincoln ones, in order to be exported around the country to dealerships. In 2013, Ford exported 380.000 cars from the North America and thus, becoming the largest automobile exporter from the US. Fortunately, later in 2015, Europe will also receive the new Mustang on markets and sell them for the first time in this manner.
