Samsung’s oft rumoured Galaxy S4 is coming, whether it is at the Mobile World Conference in 2 weeks or at a later date, it is on its way. As is the case with the most anticipated devices, rumours surrounding the S4 are numerous, and it can be hard work separating the genuine ones from the fake. Today we have been given another rumour, one that appears to be legitimate.
As one of the most anticipated smartphones of this year, fans of the Samsung Galaxy S range have been given plenty of idea of what the S4 will be. The latest round of rumours hint at what screen and CPU the newest flagship from the Korean company will have.
In fact we get the full specifications sheet, including everything about the innards of the Galaxy S4, while in the leak it shows the S4 as a comparison against other Samsung Galaxy handsets such as the S3, S3 Mini, and Note 2.
One of the best features on the Galaxy S3 was that eye popping display, an amazing screen that displayed HD quality and crisp colours. The S4 will of course up the ante further, and the leaked specs point to a 5-inch 1080p screen, while it will also pack Exynos 5440 processor, 2GB of RAM, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
What excites us about these rumours and the image is the fact that these specs have been named before in other leaks. The more different sources cite the same specs, the greater the likelihood that they are indeed the real things that the S4 will have.
Another interesting thing about this leak is that fact that the release date is named as sometime in March. Until now we have heard rumours of an April or May launch, with some even suggesting June as a possible release date. March seems a much more realistic time, especially with the Mobile World Conference just around the corner. While Samsung will not launch the S4 at that event, it could use a March launch to take the attention away from rivals who do launch devices at MWC.
