Forget everything that comes in geometrical shapes and need more than one accessory to impress you: here we have the Paddle, a deformable device (more like a cooking dough provided with touch screen) that at some point will feature physical controls and promoted like a life changer. You can use it as a phone, a tablet, a smartwatch, a bracelet even, as you can fold and unfold it anyway you like. 2. Nokia’s Morph
Back in 2008, Nokia started pushing our most sensitive buttons when it came to smart technology by showing us the Morph, a solar – powered, self – cleanable device which morphs and shape – shifts into anything we’d like, from a phone to an earring. However, even after all this time, the Morph isn’t here yet and Nokia isn’t doing so great in the field of smartphones and smartwatches, but we can only hope that we won’t have to retire before the Morph will elegantly hang around our wrist.
3. Philips brings in the Fluid
Or so they hope to, as the tech is not so advanced right now to deliver a cell phone so thin it could be slapped against our wrist to become a multi – functional bracelet replacing the tablet, the cell and the smartwatch altogether, but it sure looks and sounds promising, as in our every – growing need for speed and mobility, this gadget might be the answer to all our problems. So let’s hope for the best!
