They might be still rumors and mobile leaks, but it seems there might be some concrete information on HTC M7. We get to see more on the device in terms of, release date, price and the design. It has already been finally confirmed that M7 gets a new name as the HTC One.
The most modern forthcoming smartphone, HTC One is all set to launch in February mid. The showcase event was hosted simultaneously in London and New York. Earlier it was suspected that like all other smartphone companies, Samsung and Apple, HTC too would host its own event.
All this information is based on a string of rumors that have surfaced on every important technology website but the company has still to confirm nay news related to the device. Just a couple of weeks ago, international release date were leaked for the HTC One and now there is a start on date for the U.S. market too as March 22.
Although HTC Source has mentioned only Sprint,AT&T and T-Mobile as the carriers in its report, there are rumors of the device to be available on Verizon too, as the fourth carrier. It is expected to be available in two color options, black and silver/white and with 2 versions on capacity, 64GB to be priced at $299.99 and 32GB to be priced at $199.99. Obviously, these are on-contract prices.
The rumors so far indicate that HTC is aiming for a clean cut and elongated design rather than those curvier angles. Customers expect significant improvements and HTC is already going for the tagline of a rich sound and camera experience to create interest in the customers. Along with the info on release dates and pricing, the sources are also confirming that the HTC One will feature front-facing stereo speakers and a metal case as well. U.S. Android fans just need to keep their eyes open and decide what carrier to go for when buying HTC One.
