The new Motorola Droid Bionic phone will be utilizing a 4.1 Jelly Bean update. This new update will first be issued by Verizon and be rolling out with the Droid Bionic. This first update will be featured by the Droid Bionic Android and proud Droid Bionic users will be the first ones to release it. Motorola still doubts on the actual release date of the device. Motorola will be releasing the update in their Droid Bionic support page. The update will be based on a 98.72.22.XT875 version.
The new update will be available for the users this year and in reality, it can now be downloaded through the support page. It is possible to use the update now and if you are near a Wi-Fi connection and you are connected to it then you can surely upgrade your device. The new upgrade from Verizon features several added programs including Google Now and a Voice controlled search engine. This search engine is controlled by voice recognition and users can just tell the software as to what websites to visit. The update also features advanced notifications including a way to let users control the flow of information through the notifications panel.
Along with the news about the product, Verizon also shared several features to the public. The Droid Bionic will have better touch screen capabilities, smoother interface, better calendar controls, improved hotspot connection, reliability control, removal of apps like Sling and Mog as well as an added Plus Assistant software with Voicemail features.
The updates can be seen on the Droid Bionic website and is offered in several sites.
