Mozilla has finally come out with two phones.These phones will specifically display the Firefox OS. Telefonica and Geeksphone are responsible in manufacturing these Mozilla phones.
These phones have been named Keon and Peak and will be used conveniently to surf the net.Both these phones have been described as “powerful”.
While the Keon is light, it has a 3.5 inch touch screen.It is equipped with a 3 megapixel camera and has 4 GB of space. It comes with hosts of other features which include the GPS and Wi-Fi.It has a 1580mAh battery and works on 1-Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1.
The Peak is a larger model with a 4.3 inch qHD IPS touch screen.It has two cameras- 8 megapixel which faces the rear and a 2 mega pixel for the front. Along with 4GB of storage space, micro SD, Micro USB, Wi-Fi and GPS, the Peak is quite well equipped.With a 1800 mAh battery and the 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4, this phone will impress the consumer.
The primary function of these developer phones is to make the web easily accessible to the user. Therefore, these phones are crucial for Mozilla in its endeavour to bring the net to everyone.
The company is working at using the mobile phone to make the web available to its consumers with the help of Firefox and is looking at developers to help them with this task.

The launching of the two phones Keon and Peak is much awaited, however there is no official word on it yet.
