When Google unveiled the Android 4.3 version just last week, one of its qualities that the Mountain View company harped on includes fixes to a lot of problem that users of Android 4.2 users have been facing. However, as things stand now, the latest Android build could well have introduced more problems of its own than solving past issues. The update has begun trickling down to the Nexus devices which are the first to get the taste of the new Android version. And as things stand right now, they don’t seem to be liking it much.
Among the issues that Nexus users have reported having faced post the upgrade to Android 4.3 include Netflix not functioning properly as users complain of the app hanging up unexpectedly. That apart, users have also complained of the device itself getting hanged on the boot up screen, thereby forcing them to resort to a hard reset. Some other complaints include sluggish performance of the device, along with issues with the battery as well as the gallery. However, the latter two are common issues to be faced with Android devices post any update.
Fortunately, Google has confirmed having full knowledge of the fresh lot of problems that Android 4.3 has introduced and have stated they are working on a fix as well. However, it’s not known how soon we can expect the mess to be clear though let’s hope it happens soon enough to prevent the same happening on other devices as well. A lot of manufacturers right now are engaged in releasing the Android 4.3 update for their respective devices.
