The new Olympus SH-1 features the interchangeable lens bodies, more specifically an image stabilization 5-axis on-sensor. It has a 16MP resolution, a 25-600mm f/3.0-6.3 lens and a ½.3 inch sensor. All these features give the camera a long 24x zoom.
The exterior looks superb with its faux-leather grip and metallic aluminum body. The interior features a TruePic VII processor, a Wi-Fi connectivity and the capacity to record full HD videos at 60 frames per second.
The great thing about the 5 axis image stabilization feature is that it allows you to take still images, corrects those annoying camera shakes and you’ll be able to take crisp pictures and videos even if you’re in a darker location with no flash or tripod. The cool Olympus SH-1 design seems to be inspired by the famous Olympus PEN cameras including the grips, barrel and buttons. Another great feature is the Interval Shooting option that allows you to take 99 shots. You can manually adjust the exposure and the colors using the helpful touch sliders.
