The coolest feature about Samsung’s new smartphone is the Selfie Alarm. That’s right, a feature designed especially for our favorite past time activity. This lets you take selfie shots with the main 20MP camera instead of the 2MP front camera. You just need to put the camera in front of you, it will beep when you are in frame and then it automatically shoots the picture. How cool is that? You get optical stabilization for photos and 1080p videos at 60 frames per second.
With the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom you can take really good photos and quite easily thanks to several modes like the auto mode that switches to macro instantly. You also get various photo filters that look a lot like Instagram filters, which is a good thing.
The Samsung Galaxy K Zoom is smaller than the Galaxy S but doesn’t come with some of its features like the fingerprint scanner and the heart rate monitor. Instead it has a really high-quality camera, something that people really use.
Samsung Galaxy K Zoom – availability
The Samsung Galaxy K Zoom is released in May in several countries, with no plans for a US release yet. The reason for this could be that the previous camera phones from Samsung (the Galaxy Camera and the Galaxy S4 Zoom) didn’t sell that well through AT&T.
