The New Supercar Ford GT has been Released

By Leave a Comment

US-DETROIT-AUTO-SHOW Ford launched on Monday a new 4-wheel bombshell that has been worked on as a project for about a year. A small basement and a small team put together their best efforts and gave birth to a breathtaking masterpiece. The rumors have been circulating the car lovers for months. But now it’s here :the new supercar Ford GT has been released. Do you want your mind to be blown?

There are just 5 words that just do it right: 600 HP twin-turbo V6. It has a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6, aluminium subframes and fiber body panels that are wrapped in carbon. The promise of Ford? They say that it will “exhibit one of the best power-to-weight ratios of any production car.” It is said that it will be a car sold firstly in the US, even if it will get madness into every car lover in the world, and as a result, it will be available for sale globally. 2016 is the year for Ford GT.

The original GT40 has been designed to win LeMans in 1966, 1967, 1968 and 1969. When the GT was on, Ferrari was off – it has never won at LeMans since. Next year, the new GT will celebrate 50 years from the triumph of his ancestor over Ferrari.

The Detroit 2015 Auto Show presented the new GT as having a spectacular motto too: “ Engineered to keep company with exotics”. Its aerodynamics and blue, shining “armor” gives it elegance and uniqueness. 2014 was a full year for car producers. Jewelry on wheels have been generously brought to the surface: Chevrolet Corvette Z06, Chevy Camaro Z/28, Porsche 918 Spyder, Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1, and Ford’s own Shelby Mustang GT350. But this astonishing car is by far not only fast and furious, but also designed futuristic-ally  in order to pursue new racer dreams: pushrod suspensions, the doors don’t incorporate portions of the roof, and has a simple and complex, elegant, cabin. Furthermore, Ford’s Sync 3 infotainment setup is incorporated in the touch screen display that is found centrally on the board. The starter and transmission selector buttons are the peak of it, and the luxurious steering wheel is the cherry on top.

Everybody waits for the triumphal success of the new GT, as the old one gave class to everyone in the late 60s. The truth is about to be known in 2016, when the bought cars will be tested and driven maybe even closer to madness than before.
