The new SquareOne app for iPhone will help you with a better control over your emails making it easier and faster to find and unlike other app of this kind, the SquareOne app does it in a different way: instead of putting the emails in 2 different folders (like Gmail’s does) you can configure it in folders like VIP, Team, Social or friends, making it much easier to look for the emails.
The creator of the SquareApp, Branko Cerny explains the concept behind the app, which he developed while still in school, saying that: “I started thinking, I wish there was an email client that I could tell [that] I’m busy studying right now, and the only thing I care about is the stuff related to the newspaper, or just stuff from the editorial board, and nothing else.”
SquareApp has a simple way of using it. You connect with your Google account to get started and give permission to your contacts and inbox. After that, either it sets you up with default categories or you can add others of your own. To organize the mail’s senders you just do the swipe gesture or use the drag-and-drop to add individual contacts to your specified folder.
SquareOne can compete with many other apps used for notifications like Boomerang, Boxer, Skimbox and others.
SquareOne app arranges your emails faster and easier
Although it looks like a great, helpful app, it’s probably meant for people who send and receive a lot of email messages, making it easier to stock it and find it so that you can access and read the emails that are important to you, instead of searching through different inboxes and many tabs.
SquareOne app will be made available in the App Store in the near future and it’s limited only to Gmail for the time being.
