It is the WebRTC (Real Time Communications) feature. The Firefox Hello lets its users to share or create video chats. This happens without the need for services, plugins or third party accounts. To start a video conversation Firefox is required, but the person called doesn’t have to use a Firefox browser, only a WebRTC feature that two other browser on the market have, up until now, Opera and Chrome. A Conversation is the term used by Mozilla to call a video chat thread. Firefox Hello feature and the set up to a conversation are designed to be friendly and extremely simple. This is the strongest quality of this embedded new component. To set up the Conversation only two steps are required. The first one is hit start on a Conversation. The second one is to enter the unique URL or email of the people he or she wants to invite. A Conversation can be named, so later it can be found and reinitialized. So the need to create a new Conversation vanishes. The same link will be used to start the Conversation again.
If a user runs a previous Firefox browser, he or she will have to upgrade to version 35. The Hello button can possibly be concealed in the Customization panel.
