The study, made by ComScore in August, shows us the top apps that dominate mobile users time. The most popular smartphone apps are Facebook, Facebook Messenger, YouTube, Google Maps, Google Search. Among these popular apps is also Pokemon GO. Although it has been launched two months ago, the game became so popular the millions of people are playing it every day. The game took the 13th place of the most used mobile apps, with 55 million users in the United States. It had more users than the popular social network Snapchat.
ComScore things that the time spent online on smartphone apps will continue to grow. In the future, people will use their smartphones more than they are using their computers. However, computers are still important. Even if mobile phones are easier to use, laptops and computers have more features. If you are a gamer, you know that smartphones apps are not enough for you.
