Just last week, several news sources as well tech blogs mentioned that the HTC One from Verizon will not arrive till the end of September which is based on leaked photos by the leakster of the season @Evleaks. According to the experts, the date that is displayed on the photo which comes with Verizon 4G LTE signal, is that of the releasing date of the device. That is of course based on previous HTC devices.
One good example of it is that the unlocked original HTC One came to the international market with 19th February displayed on the photo. This date turned out to be the actual release date of the flagship device. In spite of the fact that some of the devices don’t actually display the actual date like the Butterfly S of HTC, which had June 11th mentioned on it which turned out to be the unwrapping date of the phone. The above should be ample reason to believe the 5th September date mentioned may not be the date of release of the smartphone but the date of its formal announcement.
For those who have enough patience to wait for the arrival are reminded of the fact that there are other devices too waiting in the queue for October end release. These include the iPhone 5S, Motorola Moto X as well as the latest HTC One Mini with a smaller display along as well as the HTC One Max with a 5.9 inch display, all waiting in the wings for a release soon. Then there also is the Google’s own Nexus 5 device that could also be seen entering market sometime this fall. Meanwhile, Verizon remains the only carrier in the U.S. without any HTC One in its queue. Sprint, T Mobile as well as AT&T are all selling their individual variants. One channel survey also revealed about HTC One being selling quite well in the last quarter.
