The highly discussed Warlords of Draenor has yet to end. Arguably one of Blizzard’s most disastrous expansions, Warlords of Draenor will still see the light of one last patch: 6.2.3. Blizzard is determined to add more features to the game so that the players can come back and enjoy the World of Warcraft they missed so much.
One of the expansions’ core goals is dungeon activity. There have been numerous voices in the community saying that dungeons are not as good as they used to be. They just transformed into regular runs that are done just for the gear that drops afterwards. The story, the passion, the desire to play, they were all lost in the attempt to get fancy gear for one’s character and then sell the extras for some good gold.
In order to bring dungeons back to what they were in past times, Blizzard are organizing so called “Timewalking” events that basically make old dungeons scale to your current level. It is an excellent addition for all the people who want to re-emerge into Wrath of The Lich King dungeons, or older ones that are considered to be one of the best from World of Warcraft was an awesome game.
While some old Cataclysm dungeons are brought back as well, players might be keen on rediscovering the Pit of Saron or the Magister’s Terrace. The Cataclysm dungeons hold the upper hand, with a few dungeons being take into consideration: Grim Batol, End Time, Lost City of Tol’vir, Stonecore and others, but we really believe that players will be leaning towards the first two dungeons for old times’ sake.
Now supposing that you are not impressed with the gear that drops from these bosses, Blizzard did put in some extra goodies in them for everyone look forward to. One of them is the Infinite Timereaver, a mount that looks like the Infinite Dragons that you have so courageously battled in previous Word of Warcraft expansions.
There is also some good news for people who prefer PvP in the game. You might want to get your character suited up before Legion arrives and you can do so with the aid of the Arena Season 2, which is set to end in short time. The Third season, however, will provide you with PvP gear ranging from level 715 to 740.
Even though Warlords of Draenor has yet to end, Blizzard is making great efforts to make sure that your WoW experience always remains a fresh one that you can always return to.
