WhatsApp update tries to copy Snapchat’s camera updates. The well-known tool used by everyone now allows its users to customize videos and pictures by adding emojis, doodles or even texts. The update is available for both old and new photos, irrespective of the fact that you have stored some pictures and clips or you have just taken new ones with the camera using Whatsapp.
We have also received some instructions regarding this new update. When you select a photo, you will notice at the top of your screen some icons that facilitate the editing process. The same icons will be appearing on the screen when you open up a video. Besides these new and trendy features, you are also provided with an option that allows you to change the colors and the font of your pictures.
What is more, thanks to your digital friend Siri, you can call your friends or send WhatsApp texts by just using your voice. Fans are overjoyed not only for using the new WhatsApp update features but also for the fact that it supports the front-facing camera of your Android phone. This additional attribute of WhatsApp update will show you that selfies will reach a new level.
Some touch gestures have been included in this new update, adding the possibility to zoom in or out when recording a video by just moving your finger up and down your screen. The improvements of WhatsApp will be accessible for iPhone soon.
The tools responsible for the alteration of videos and photos are very popular among all multimedia apps. Since Snapchat promoted these tools, users expected to find them everywhere. Therefore, Tumblr, Instagram, and Facebook have added extra features to their Like button. WhatsApp proved to be very competitive and showed some progress.
Although Facebook’s app does not hope to surpass Snapchat in the US, it managed to gain more control in other states where Snapchat’s number of users is still limited. After Facebook had struggled for years in a row to eclipse Snapchat by implanting standalone apps, it started employing WhatsApp’s help to combat it.
Do you use every single app mentioned above? Do you think Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Snapchat boost your popularity? Do you use them on a daily basis?
